It has been years since your last post, however I thought I would comment. My wife and I adopted from the same baby home in Polysaevo back in 2003. We worked with Lucy (translator & guide), and Olga (facilitator). We are trying to track them down, as well as attempt to keep an eye out for any opportunity to connect with the birth mother of our daughter (born 23Dec2002).
